“Aloha valued customers, we are safe and well!” says Ling’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Lings.Chop.Suey.House.HiloHI), which the restaurant is telling customers to check for updates. “Thank you for your concern and well wishes.”
Multiple Hawaii Fire Department firefighters responded to the restaurant Tuesday morning after a maintenance company discovered smoke. Damage was estimated at $120,000. No one was injured.
